A Professional has a right of reply to any review published about them, from the Reviews section of their Professional Space. The reply must comply with these Terms and applicable laws. A Professional may report a false, defamatory or non-compliant review using the reporting feature in their Professional Space or by contacting support. Lookwello reviews reports within a reasonable time and may remove or limit the visibility of a non-compliant review. The decision rests with Lookwello and is exercised reasonably.

These limitations do not apply to Clients acting as consumers within the meaning of the Québec Consumer Protection Act or any other applicable law, to the extent they are prohibited by a mandatory provision. In particular, no limitation applies in the event of gross or intentional fault by Lookwello, fraud or bodily injury.

- a legal obligation requires it;
- the use of the Account could harm Lookwello or other Users;
- fees remain unpaid, where applicable.
When reasonably possible and compatible with security or legal obligations, Lookwello may give the User the opportunity to remedy the breach before suspension.

Confidentiality obligations which, by their nature, must survive the end of the relationship remain applicable after termination.
40. Consumer protection
When these Terms apply to a person acting as a consumer, the mandatory rights and protections provided by applicable laws, including the Québec Consumer Protection Act where it applies, remain fully applicable.

Nothing in this section has the effect of imposing on a consumer a jurisdiction to which the consumer cannot legally be subjected.
44. Dispute resolution
Lookwello encourages the parties to attempt to resolve any dispute relating to the Service amicably.
Before initiating formal proceedings, the User is invited to contact Lookwello to allow the problem to be analyzed and, where possible, resolved.

The provision concerned will be interpreted or replaced, where possible, in a manner that respects the original economic and legal objective within the limits permitted by law.
47. No waiver
Lookwello’s failure to immediately exercise a right provided for in these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
Any waiver must be interpreted restrictively and applies only to the situation for which it is expressly granted.
48. Assignment
The User may not assign or transfer its rights or obligations under these Terms without Lookwello’s prior authorization when such authorization is required.
Lookwello may assign its rights and obligations, in particular in connection with a reorganization, merger, acquisition or transfer of business, subject to applicable laws.
